Features and advantages

1.The high temperature parallel constant power electric tracing belt works in the same principle as the single-phase parallel constant power electric tracing belt with similar structure.

2.The main difference is that the core wire is nickel-plated stranded wire, the shielding layer is nickel-plated copper wire, the bus bar external high temperature resistant fireproof glass fiber, the insulation layer and the sheath layer are extruded by polytetrafloron (PFA), which can be used for a long time at 260ºC.

Scope of application
It is suitable for heat tracing and insulation of medium pipelines with temperature below 190ºC, especially for heat tracing and insulation of asphalt, heavy oil, residue oil and high viscosity oil pipelines, and also suitable for heat tracing and insulation of steam sweeping pipelines with temperature below 260ºC. It can be used in the explosive gas mixture of Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the factory :T3-T6.
