Features and advantages

1. The single-phase parallel constant-power tracing tropical power supply bus bar consists of two parallel insulated copper wires.The heating wires are arranged on the inner insulation layer,and the heating wires are connected to the bus every certain distance(namely"length of heating joint").Multiple heating joints are connected in parallel along the whole length.
2. When used ,it can be cut according to the actual need of length. When running,it must be used with the temperature control device. It can accurately set the medium maintenance temperature to realize automatic control.
3. After the bus bar is energized ,the parallel resistance heats up ,thus forming a continuous heating cable. The longer the electric belt is used ,the greater the total power output.

Scope of application
Two-phase parallel constant power electric tracing belt is mainly used for anti-freezing, heat preservation and heating of various pipelines,storage tanks,pump bodies and instruments.
The maximum maintenance temperature is 120ºC. It can be used for explosive gas situations in Zone 1 and Zone 2 of the factory.
